Description :The Graphic Designer position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support our Members marketing efforts their products and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing ours/their brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints. The Senior Mobile Strategist we hire must be passionate about Mobile Development and have experience in mobile / wireless and business strategy. This position is a key member of the consulting team, and reports to the President. Description of Tasks: Support business development discussions with clients related to mobile market trends and mobile strategy development Support the documentation and evolution of Adovation.org's mobile strategy related offerings including Adovation.org's Market Research. Lead and execute the delivery of Adovation.org’s mobile strategy offering for client organizations Collaborate with Delivery team to ensure seamless integration between strategy front-end and design/development stages. Description :Reporting to the executive director & CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all Adovation.org's programs and will manage a group of program directors. As the chief program officer of Adovation.org, s/he will provide leadership to the Adovation.org's strategic planning process and will implement new programmatic strategic initiatives. In addition, the COO will: provide coordination for the Adovation.org senior management team; serve as liaison to Adovation.org’s partners; and work with our Board of Directors to keep them abreast of programmatic strategies and challenges. The COO will partner with the ED and her/his peers (the chief financial officer (CFO), director of development, and director of human resources) and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget. Finally, the COO will cultivate existing relationships with public and private funders.
